Personal information

This site can be used without registration. We do not collect personal information such as names or email addresses, except when you provide them through our contact form.

Coloring data storage

Your coloring artwork and reward stickers are, as a rule, stored only on your device (in your browser). They are not sent to our servers.

The only exception is when you choose “Create a share link” (sharing) yourself. See “Sharing your artwork” below for details.

Please note that clearing your browser data will also delete your artwork.

Sharing your artwork

Only when you choose “Create a share link” in the coloring editor, the image and title of that artwork are saved on our servers and published as a share page. Anyone who knows the address (URL) can view it, although it is not listed by search engines.

Pressing the button alone does not upload anything. The artwork is uploaded only after you agree in the confirmation dialog. If a child is using the site, please decide together with a parent or guardian.

A share page stays online for 90 days after it is created. After that the page is no longer shown, and we delete the stored image and title.

You can also have a share page removed sooner. Send us the address of the share page through our contact form and we will delete it after checking. Please use the same form to report anything inappropriate.

Please do not include personal information such as names, addresses or school names, or photographs of people, in artwork you share.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to improve our service. GA4 uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

We use GA4 with its advertising features turned off: Google signals collection and ad personalization are disabled.

Feedback and activity logs

We store your taps on the "How was this coloring page?" buttons, along with actions such as likes, shares, downloads, prints and starting to color, so that we can improve the service.

We store only the type of action, the path of the page it happened on, the ID of the coloring page concerned, the country, language and screen width, plus any optional comment you choose to write.

We also record search terms that returned no results, so that we know what people are looking for. We store only the normalized search term (lower-cased, up to 40 characters), the language being displayed, how many times it occurred and the dates it was first and last recorded. Each term is kept as a single aggregated row, so the time of an individual search and who searched are not retained.

Search terms that consist only of digits, or that look like a phone number, an email address or a URL, are discarded before being recorded. This record holds no IP address, browser details, referrer or country either. Rows older than 400 days are deleted by the site operator.

We do not store IP addresses, browser details or referrers. An IP address is used only to check that requests are not being sent repeatedly in a short time: it is turned into a hash that changes every day and stored temporarily, and the original address is not kept.

Advertising

This site may display third-party advertisements such as Google AdSense.

When ads are displayed, ad providers (including Google) may use cookies to show ads based on user interests. On the main site for children (nuri-neco.com), we do not show interest-based personalized ads and serve ads under age-restricted treatment.

For details on disabling cookies and Google’s advertising, please refer to Google’s advertising policies.

Data sent to external services

Displaying and running this site involves communication with the following external services. In none of these cases do we send personal information such as your name or email address.

Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Google AdSense (advertising, only while ads are displayed), Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which serve the “Montserrat” web font used for headings), Moshimo Affiliate (click measurement for the recommended art supplies links, only while the art supplies section is shown on Japanese pages) and Cloudflare (site delivery and protection).

To display content and measure usage, these services may receive information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. That information is handled according to each company's own privacy policy.

When the recommended art supplies links are shown, they point to Amazon, Rakuten and similar shops through Moshimo Affiliate. Even if you buy something there, we do not receive details of your purchase or your personal information.

Children’s use

This site is intended to be used by children under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
